Travelling to School Survey

My name is Fraser Martin. I am a 4th year, Sport Science student at the University of Edinburgh.

I am currently distributing a survey as part of my final dissertation where I am investigating “Children’s Safety Actively Travelling to School.” For this I require parents to fill out a short, 5 minute, questionnaire.
